Luong The Vinh University is a private university (now a private school) located in the higher education system of Vietnam, a training institution under the Ministry of Education and Training established on December 5. 2003 according to Decision No. 259/2003/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, training high quality human resources for the provinces of the Red River Delta
